Keeping Country Churches Alive!

Need A Pastor? PDF Print E-mail

Across rural North America, churches are waiting, wondering, and worrying about their future. Many are seeking a pastor to come and be their spiritual leader. Rural churches are closing their doors every day because they lack leadership. People are asking, "Where is my Pastor?"

Rural America is known as the place from which good, basic, and spiritual values originate that make our country strong. It is those values we desperately need to remain vibrant as we move into the 21st century.

We must ask, "Who will help make sure these values remain to be a positive influence in our society?" Village Missions has a heart to send missionary pastors to rural America. We know the value of strengthening the rural church and maintaining moral values, not just for the local area, but for the nation, and for the whole Body of Christ.

Stories From The Field

Balsam, MN

I spoke at a Couples’ Night for the Christian Women’s Club in St. James, MN. There were 125 in attendance, and 8 people indicated they had trusted Christ – five of them were men! That was a highlight of my month.
